Documents and PDFs
Everything that happens to a PDF before a portal will take it.
- Put PDFs into one file Join two or more PDFs in the order you choose.
- Split or remove pages Pull out the pages you need and drop the ones you do not.

Photos
Size limits, passport dimensions, and the formats forms refuse.
- Fit a photo under a size limit Under 200KB, under 1MB, under whatever the form is asking for.
- Passport and visa photo Correct dimensions, white background, and a 4×6 sheet you can print.
- Crop, watermark or blur Hide a card number or a face before you send a photo on.
- HEIC or WEBP to JPG For the forms that refuse iPhone photos and WEBP downloads.
- Remove a background Put a person on a plain white or coloured background.
- Remove location from a photo Photos carry the exact spot they were taken. Take it out before you post or send one.
- Signature with no background Sign on paper, take a photo, and get a signature that sits on any document.
Other files
Archives, big files, voice notes, QR codes and typing.
- Open ZIP, RAR or CSV Look inside an archive and pull out one file, with no app installed.
- Letter or CV to PDF For when you have no Word on the phone and the deadline is today.
- Audio out of a video Keep the sermon, the lecture or the song without the picture.
- Zip files into one For the form or email that takes one attachment when you have six.
- Split or join a big file Cut a file into pieces under the email limit, and join them back at the other end.
- Voice note to MP3 WhatsApp voice notes are OPUS files that many computers and forms will not play.
- Read or make a QR code Read one from a screenshot, or make one for your Wi-Fi so guests stop asking.
