Who runs this site

iTEK Tools is built and run by TinTin Technologies Ltd., an IT services company based in Accra, Ghana. The tools and the guides on this site are written and maintained by the same small team, and the site is not a reseller or a front for somebody else’s software.

Write to us

Email info@itekgh.com. That address is read by a person, not a ticketing system. We answer most messages within two working days; if a week has passed, the message did not arrive, so please send it again.

Please write in English, Twi or Pidgin, whichever is easier.

Which to use

• A tool did not work on your phone. Use the report a problem form instead of email. It asks for the two things that actually matter, which phone and which browser, and without those a bug report is very hard to act on.
• A guide is wrong or out of date. Email us and say which guide and what has changed. Networks, menus and prices move and we would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong.
• A tool you need is missing. Tell us what you were trying to do, in your own words. The job matters more than the name of the tool.
• Press, partnership or anything commercial. Email, and say what you have in mind.

What we cannot help with

• Recovering a password. If you locked a PDF here and forgot the password, it is gone. Nothing is stored on our side, which is the whole point of doing the work on your phone.
• Getting into an account that is not yours, or recovering somebody else’s. We do not do it and we will not advise on it.
• Looking at your file. We never receive it. If a tool misbehaves, describe what happened rather than attaching the document.

Your files

Every tool here does its work inside your own browser. Your document is never uploaded, so there is nothing on our side to look at, leak or lose. The full detail is on the how your files are handled page.
