How your files are handled

The short version: they stay on your phone.

Nothing is uploaded

Every tool on this site runs inside your own browser. When you drop a file onto a tool, that file is opened by the browser on your device and worked on there. It is not sent to this website, it is not sent anywhere else, and it is not stored on any server we control. Switch your phone to flight mode after a tool page has loaded and the tool still works. That is the test.

Why this matters here

People use these tools for Ghana Card scans, passport photographs, bank statements, WASSCE results and job applications. On most websites that do this kind of work, your document is uploaded to a server in another country, processed there, and held for some period afterwards. We did not want to ask anyone to trust us with that, so the site is built in a way that makes it impossible for us to receive the file in the first place.

What we do collect

Standard web server logs: the page you asked for, the time, your browser type, and the network address your request came from. This is how the hosting works and it is what every website records. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not set marketing cookies, and there is no account system, so there is nothing to link a visit to a person.

No account, ever

You do not sign up, you do not give an email address, and no tool is held back behind a payment. There is no watermark on anything you make here.

What the tools download

Some tools need a piece of software to do their job, for example the code that reads PDFs. That code is served from this website and kept by your browser after the first use. Two tools need a large download and will tell you the size and ask first, because data costs money.

Things this site will not do

  • No adverts, and nothing on any page that is styled to look like a download button but is not.
  • No tool for downloading from YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or X. Not now and not later.
  • No tool that asks for your password to any service, or offers to recover an account. Anything that asks for those is a phishing page, wherever you find it.
  • No APK downloads.
